1st Grade | Primary Colored Super Heros
First grade has been busy with a new lesson this week! We reviewed the primary colors and talked about how they are the MOST POWERFUL colors because they mix to make all the other colors! Today we started creating our "primary colored superheroes"! To go along with this lesson we read "Noodle Man The Pasta Superhero" by April Pulley Sayer. Check back soon to see the finished product!

1st Grade Love Bugs are Done!
Aren't they great?!
First grade has been busy working on drawing and cutting out hearts. After they decided on the placement of their hearts, they drew details such as; arm, legs, eyes, nose, and mouth. After that was complete the used metallic oil crayons to color parts of their bugs. Then, finally they added Little blades of grass to their pictures.
Check these out in the halls soon!
They'll be home in time for Valentines :)
